    汽车刹车高压油管是汽车关键零部件之一。福州市现有“东南（福建）汽车工业有限公司”和“福建戴姆勒汽车有限公司”二个汽车制造整车厂。经过8年建设，现已发展了38家一级零配件生产企业及112家零部件生产厂。但是，汽车产业链中的刹车高压油管仍需外购，本地急需在闽侯青口投资区建立汽车刹车高压油管项目生产企业。
    青口投资区离福建省会城市福州市中心仅25公里，处于京福高速公路和同三高速公路交汇处，距长乐国际机场38公里，距马尾港12公里、江阴港40公里，交通条件十分优越，电力供应充足，非常适合发展汽车零部件生产。
四、项目建设规模和内容：年产汽车刹车高压油管100万条。项目征地40亩，兴建厂房3万平方米，汽车刹车高压油管生产线5条。
五、拟合作方式：独资
六、项目总投资1500万美元，拟利用外资1500万美元。
七、经济效益分析：年销售收入2亿元，投资利润率10%，投资回收期8年。

3. Construction reasons and conditions
    Auto brake high-pressure fuel pipe is one of the key auto parts. There are two complete auto manufacturers, namely “South East (Fujian) Motor Corporation Ltd.” and “Fujian Daimler Automotive Co., Ltd.” at present in Fuzhou. Upon 8 years of construction, 38 first grade parts producing enterprises and 112 components manufacturers have been developed till now. However, brake high-pressure fuel pipe required in auto industrial chain still needs to be out-purchased. Therefore, it is an urgent need to set up a local auto brake high-pressure fuel pipe producing enterprise in Qingkou Investment Zone of Minhou.
    Qingkou Investment Zone enjoys abundant power supply and extremely advantageous traffic conditions by only 25km away from the center of Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian Province, located at the junction of Jingfu Expressway and Tongsan Expressway, 38km from Changle International Airport, 12km from Mawei Port and 40km from Jiangyin Port, thus being quite applicable to developing production of auto components.
4. Construction scale and content: annual yield of auto brake high-pressure fuel pipe will be 1,000,000 pieces. Land requisitioned for the project is 40Mu (one Mu is equal to 666.6m2). 30,000 m2 of workshop and five auto brake high-pressure fuel pipe production lines will be built.
5. Cooperation form planned to be taken: sole proprietorship
6. Total investment: USD 15 million, foreign fund planned to be used is USD 15 million.
7. Expected economic efficiency analysis: annual sales revenue is 200 million Yuan, profit ratio of investment is 10% and investment recovery period is 8 years.
